He treated me with respect and assumed even though I knew little about roofing I was intelligent enough to understand what he explained to me. He gave me options on the fix. He quoted me a price on the job and came the next day to fix the roof. He did a thorough job even though after starting he discovered he was going to have to do a wider area.
